On the 12th of July, we went to Dublin and we met the Oranmore group. We were supposed to show them the most important places in the city. The tour started in the General Post Office. Oier and Maialen were the tour guides and they explained to us the history of the GPO: the Easter Rising in 1916 and the bullet holes on the columns outside. Then, we saw the amazing large Spire, they were all really impressed. Just after visiting The Spire, we went to the Halfpenny Bridge. There, our brilliant guides told us the story of that peculiar bridge, and later, we went to see Temple Bar, but as we are not adults, we couldn't enter the bar, so we only saw it from outside. Following that, we went to visit the Molly Malone statue, then, we went to Trinity College and we ended up in St. Stephen's Green park. We had lunch there altogether and after having lunch our monitors let us have a bit of free time.
